We’re Tauvaga and Joash: two coaches with over 30 years’ combined experience across New Zealand’s biggest fitness brands and our own PT businesses.

Together, we’ve built MODE to redefine what a boutique fitness studio can be: premium training, considered programming, and a community that feels genuine.
