Format

NURTURE & FLOW

NURTURE & FLOW is controlled, lower-intensity training with purpose.

Walking and incline treadmill work paired with tempo strength, posture drills, and core stability on the floor.

Parent-friendly and baby-welcome, but open to anyone wanting smart recovery, movement quality, and steady strength development.

Foundation workout at MODE — slower pace, coaching focus

FOUNDATION

FOUNDATION is the best place to start at MODE.

You’ll alternate longer treadmill efforts with built-in recovery, then move to the floor for simple dumbbell strength work: squats, lunges, presses, rows and core.

Lower intensity, clear structure, and plenty of coaching. Designed for beginners and anyone wanting a strong fitness base.

SIGNATURE

SIGNATURE is our highest-output training session.

Fast treadmill efforts: sprints, speed builds, parachute-style work, combined with timed strength blocks using dumbbells and bodyweight.

Rotating Upper, Lower, and Full sessions keeps intensity high while managing fatigue, improving performance, and building a stronger full-body engine.

Format

SHIFT

SHIFT is MODE’s focused performance session.

Each class has a clear training priority: either speed-based treadmill work or heavier strength blocks like push/pull, lunges, hinges and loaded carries.

Expect short intervals, structured recovery, and repeatable progressions designed to build power, strength, and real athletic capacity.

We’re Tauvaga and Joash. We're two coaches with over 30 years’ combined experience across New Zealand’s leading fitness brands and our own personal training practices.
