What types of group classes do you offer?
We offer 3 formats - Strength, Hybrid and HYPE. These are full body workouts with a disctinct focus in each to ensure you get a rounded exercise experience.
STRENGTH brings mechanical tension and heavier weights to build your foundation.
HYBRID involves more cardio and power - a little less weight and higher reps.
HYPE is all about intensity! Expect your heart rate to spike in intervals to shift your aerobic and anaerobic capacity higher.

We offer a variety of training styles, including strength, cardio, flexibility and mobility, suitable for all skill levels.
